IT'S EASY TO GET RIPPED!!!

Now I know that this is a loaded statement, but hear me out. I am no different that you nor am I more gifted than you. When I say it's easy I mean it really is easy. I'm not naturally athletic and I'm not naturally more talented... I would say I am about average. But that doesn't mean I have to settle for being mediocre or ordinary.

How I define easy...
Something that you can do that doesn't require special skills or talent. 

Now if you can do that you can get ripped no problem. How do you say? EASY...

I think the biggest problem that people don't realize is that although it's easy to get ripped it is also easy not to... and most people choose the latter.

I'll give you an example...

Is it easy to go to the gym? (does it take special skill or talent?)
Is it easy literally to do nothing? Intermittent Fasting (does it take special skill or talent to do nothing?)
Is it easy to do just one more than you did yesterday?
Is it easy to schedule a time?
Is it easy to eat broccoli?
Is it easy to eat chicken?
etc...
etc...

VS

Is it easy to not go to the gym?
Is it easy not to do nothing?
Is it easy no to do more than you did yesterday?
Is it easy not to schedule a time?
Is it easy not to eat broccoli?
Is it easy not to eat chicken?
etc..
etc..

None of these questions require special skill or talent, but the opposite of it is also true. YOU decide which EASY you want to take, most people just choose the latter.

Minimal Protocol is about first getting your mind right, then getting the grind right and finally getting your life right. No special talent or skill... just doing what's necessary.
