YOU, do you!
The point of this program is not for you to copy what I do, but to emulate my concepts and philosophies so you can make it your own. Of course if you have no idea what to do then copy my strategy first then change it up as you gain some insights into your own body and worldly philosophies. It's not about becoming the "NEXT"... It's about becoming the "WHO".
What I'm trying to say is cliche, but from the words of our wisest cousin..."it's about the journey, not the destination!" Make it your own so you will enjoy the process of getting there. Don't be so obsessed about the end result that you stop enjoying your day.
I think this type of thinking is what stops people from continuing and progressing. They try P90X or Insanity for a week and the hype is good for that week. When they get to the second week they dread waking up or doing the routine because it sucks. The honey moon period runs out! They drive with their will power and it gets very exhausting.
Don't get me wrong if you love doing HIIT or CrossFit then by all means do it because you enjoy it, but the big "BUT" here is if you hate something why keep doing it? This mentality is attributed to the Minimalist.
Basically what minimalism means to me is to get rid of things that don't bring me joy or value. (will elaborate more later). So I apply this concept to what I eat and how I work out, but before any of this I think your mentality is a bigger contributor to your success.
So the mental portion for this program, I think is more important than the physical. I try to work on the mental first because I believe this is the base for what will prove your success in the program. The mental prepares you even before you start your daily routine.
The mental is a way of failsafing/idiotproofing (will elaborate more later) yourself so you don't quit or burn out. So how do you do you? (is that correct?...) Bascially what I would recommend if for you to find foods that are healthier that you can stomach and workouts that you enjoy the most. (will elaborate on both these later).
So that's it! Bascially what I'm saying is make this program something enjoyable for you on a daily basis. I will try to help as best I can to do that. So feel free to ask questions or comment cause I really enjoy your input and critiques.
Also please like and share if this bring value into your life or if you get anything good out of it. To me that speaks volume and gives me motivation to continue on creating and developing this strategy.
This is great stuff man, very motivating.
